Description

This product is an audit programme for a dormant company. It is intended for use in countries where dormant companies require an audit.

The programme has been designed using the same format as our standard audit programme, but is much shorter and covers only those areas necessary for this type of company. The programme enables a firm to save considerable time compared to using the standard audit programme for this type of client, whilst at the same time ensuring the audit complies with ISAs.

Key features of the programme include

• Detailed planning sections allowing you to tailor the work performed;
• The programmes can be printed off for manual completion or they can be easily completed on-screen using the functions within Microsoft Word to make them easy to navigate;
• Guidance notes to help in the completion of the programme; and
• Bank of audit tests for key areas.
