This product is an audit programme for a dormant company. It is intended for use in countries where dormant companies require an audit.
The programme has been designed using the same format as our standard audit programme, but is much shorter and covers only those areas necessary for this type of company. The programme enables a firm to save considerable time compared to using the standard audit programme for this type of client, whilst at the same time ensuring the audit complies with ISAs.
