In the case of a purchase of a PCP product by a firm which is a member of a Network, the PCP product concerned must not be distributed to other firms within that Network and must only be used by the firm and office making the purchase, unless our express written permission has been obtained.
Whilst every effort is always made to ensure accuracy in all our products, neither PCP or the author can accept any responsibility for any errors contained in their publications, documentation, webinars, brochures, website or any other product sold on the website.
PCP and the author cannot accept any responsibility for any loss resulting from any person acting or not acting as a result of any material in their publications, documentation, webinars, website or any other literature or information.

Access to website and online products
In order to access certain PCP products, you must register your details with Proactive Consulting for Professionals Limited. Once registered, you will be issued a username and password. The username and password are personal and specific to you and are not transferable.
Your username and password are used by PCP to identify you and are extremely important. Responsibility for any information posted on the website by anyone using your username and password and any payments due for products and services accessed through the website by anyone using your username and password are your responsibility Any breach of security of the username and password should be notified to PCP immediately.
The information you provide to us concerning you or your order and the products you have purchased will not be disclosed or sold to any outside third party.
You may not amend, adapt or circumvent the systems in place in connection with the website to access the website other than through normal operations.
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure access to the PCP website is continuous, occasionally (due to technical faults outside PCP’s control or necessary upgrades to improve the user experience) the website may be taken offline. In all circumstances, PCP aims to keep such downtime to a minimum and will not issue refunds to any clients who need to access online materials and webinars they have purchased or who need to access their PCP account and are unable to do so.

Whilst PCP makes every effort to check and test material at all stages of production, it is always important that users run their own antivirus programme on any material downloaded from the Internet.
PCP cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system which may occur when using or downloading material from the Proactive Consulting for Professionals Limited website.
Termination
PCP may terminate your access to the website or to any products within it, without prior notice for breach of any of the terms and conditions shown below. Access will also be terminated if payment is not received within 30 days of any invoice being generated.

Purchases
We will make every endeavour to ensure that the prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund you for any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the service or the product.
Cancellation policy
Our disclosure checklists are purchased based on an annual subscription of 12 months. Your subscription entitles you to all updates to the checklist issued within that 12 month period. We offer a 14 day cooling off period after purchase of the checklist. During this period, you may cancel your subscription for a full refund. PCP is under no obligation to offer a refund of any portion of your subscription if you choose to cancel after this period. All applications for a refund are handled by Margaret Scott at margaret@pcplimited.com.
All other products on the website are not normally eligible for any refund if cancelled. In exceptional circumstances, applications for a refund may be considered if full details are provided in writing to Margaret Scott at margaret@pcplimited.com explaining why a refund is sought and the circumstances arising. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery terms
All products from our shop are available to download within 24 hours of purchase. Each customer will receive an e-mail within 24 hours of purchase with detailed instructions explaining how to access your product online. Products are downloaded from a secure server.
