Description
This work programme is for use in England and Wales when producing an accountants report under the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) Accounts Rules which became effective from 25 November 2019.
You have the option of completing the work using Excel or Word or by printing off the schedules and completing them manually.
The programme contains guidance notes and a detailed work programme incorporating a planning section and a completion section and a bank of tests for demonstrating that the requirements of the SRA Accounts Rules have been followed.
Contents
The SRA Accounts Rules work programme contains detailed guidance notes, a sample letter of representation and two separate work programmes, one in word and one in Excel.
Both versions contain a Permanent File and a Current File. The Current File contains a planning section with a risk assessment, a completion section and a bank of detailed tests to complete to help demonstrate compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.
