Michael Scott qualified as a Member of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is now a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
He has extensive experience in the field of regulation and audit compliance, initially with the global regulation department of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) The global professional accountancy body conducting audit regulatory visits to practices worldwide. Michael lectures regularly throughout the world specialising in audit compliance workshops for professional accountancy bodies.
Michael also acts as Director of Quality and Professional Standards at Kudos International, an international accounting network which is a member of the Forum of Firms.
Margaret trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before moving onto the Audit Commission and Deloittes. She is a member of ICAEW and has extensive experience of internal controls and corporate governance issues through her various roles.
Margaret has been involved with the professional examination process for ACCA students for the past 15 years but is now concentrating on enhancing the knowledge of those qualified in the accountancy profession.
Margaret has been involved in the audit process from the outset of her career in the profession and specialises in audit documentation having taken a leading role in the overhaul and improvement of audit documentation procedures throughout the Audit Commission.
